The Problem

How would you like to be in control of your thoughts, your moods, and your performance?

When your brain is out of balance — overactive in some areas, underactive in others — it shows up in ways you feel every day. Trouble focusing. Difficulty sleeping. Anxiety that won't let up. Moods that shift without warning. Fatigue that lingers no matter what you try.

Most approaches only address the symptoms. They don't look at what's actually happening inside your brain. Neurofeedback does.

It starts with measuring your brain's unique electrical activity to find exactly where things are off — then trains your brain to correct those patterns on its own. No medication. No side effects. Just your brain learning to work the way it's supposed to.

The Science

What Is Neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, evidence-based form of brain training that's been in use since the 1970s. Small sensors are placed on your scalp to read your brain's electrical activity in real time — nothing goes into your brain.

As you watch a video or listen to audio, the sound and picture respond to your brainwaves. When your brain produces healthier patterns, you're rewarded with clear audio and video. When it drifts, the feedback fades. Over time, your brain learns to self-regulate — like learning to ride a bike.

The result? Lasting improvements that stay with you, even after training is complete. In the same way you learned to drive a car and never forgot, your brain retains these new patterns.

The brain grows into patterns that create our difficulties, and it has to grow out of them. Neurofeedback provides the recovery of the capacity for creative response — reduced reactivity to allow that response to surface.

The Process

How It Works

Three simple steps. No guesswork. Your training is built entirely from your brain's own data.

Step 1

Brain Map

It starts with a qEEG brain map — think of it as a fitness evaluation for your brain. You wear a cap with sensors for about 30 minutes while we measure electrical activity across your brain. We compare your results against a normative database to identify exactly what's out of balance.

Just $99 · ~30 minutes
Step 2

Your Protocol

Your brain map data is analyzed to build a training protocol tailored to your unique brain. We target the most dysregulated areas based on comprehensive analysis — not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every brain is different, and every protocol reflects that.

100% Personalized
Step 3

Brain Training

You sit back and watch a video while sensors monitor your brain in real time. The audio and video respond to your brainwave activity — rewarding healthy patterns. Sessions are painless, relaxing, and last about 30 minutes. Many notice positive changes within the first few weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Neurofeedback is completely non-invasive and has been used safely for over 50 years. The sensors on your scalp simply read your brain's electrical activity — nothing is sent into your brain. There are no known lasting negative side effects. It's one of the safest approaches available.
Most people notice positive changes within the first 6–8 sessions. A full training program is typically 20–40 sessions, delivered in sequenced stages so your brain can internalize and stabilize the new patterns. Some people notice differences after the very first session. Your brain map helps us estimate the right plan for you.
Neurofeedback is backed by extensive peer-reviewed research and carries CPT codes for clinical use. It's increasingly recognized as an effective first-line or complementary approach for conditions like ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. Results vary by individual, but the research and our clients' experiences speak for themselves.
Sessions are comfortable and relaxing. You sit back, watch a video or listen to audio, and let the technology do the work. The sound and picture may fade in and out as your brain learns to perform optimally — when it makes the right connections, it's rewarded with clear feedback. No needles, no electricity going in. Most people describe it as effortless.
Yes. In the same way you learned to drive a car and never forgot how, your brain retains the patterns it learns through neurofeedback. Most people finish their training program and don't need to come back. Some choose to return periodically for a "tune-up" or to address new goals — but it's not required.
Yes. We offer guided home training programs where your sessions are monitored remotely by our team through a real-time clinician dashboard. This ensures the same clinical-grade quality from the comfort of your home. Home training is available anywhere in Texas.
Think of it as a fitness evaluation for your brain. A cap with sensors is placed on your head for about 30 minutes, reading your brainwaves and creating a detailed map of activity across your brain. We compare your results against a normative database to pinpoint areas of overactivity, underactivity, or imbalance — then use that data to build your individualized training plan.
Coverage varies by plan and provider. Neurofeedback carries CPT codes, which means some insurance plans may provide partial or full coverage. We're happy to discuss your specific situation during a free consultation and help you understand your options.
